-Group Therapy Offerings-

All Groups Require Preregistration And Are By Appointment Only. Maximum group size is 8 participants.  I will start a group with a minimum of 2 people (with the exception of "Becomers" which requires 4).  Groups generally follow a flexible 6-8-12 week curriculum except for Becomers which follows a more intensive 20 week curriculum. Groups follow either a 60 or 90 minute format.  Insurance companies only reimburse for 60 minute groups but I have rarely found 60 minutes to be enough time for people to learn and to process as much as they really need to.  Therefore, I prefer 90 minute groups with 30 minutes of psychoeducation and homework review and then 60 minutes of personal processing. The fee for 90 minute groups is paid "out of pocket".  The fee for 60 minute groups my be submitted to your insurance company or paid "out of pocket".  Groups may change date, times and topics according to client/group needs.  Please contact me by phone or email for an up to date accounting of which groups are currently open and running and which groups are currently available but "empty" and needing at least 2 participants to start.
